Home and Apartment Cleaning Rates
Standard Cleaning : Flat rate of $280 for home 2,500 sq ft and below.
Standard Cleaning includes all bathrooms, kitchens, windows and surfaces. Hard floors are also included in the flat rate. Excluded in a standard cleaning is carpet cleaning and the exterior of home. Outside windows can be taken into consideration weather and accessibility permitting.

For Homes larger than 2,500 sq ft, the rate will increase and is contingent on square footage, additional bathrooms and windows.
Carpet cleaning can be performed if desired. This service is charged at an hourly rate as it is contingent on severity of carpet stains and size. Rate is $100 an hour.
